I have nicknames for a few of my pieces ... I decided to give my newest bong, of red and clear glass, the nickname "Stalin," communism's color of choice being red obviously.

Another piece I had, an acrylic pink bubble bong with a Graffix sticker, had been sold to me with the given nickname of "Bob," which was fine in my opinion and so I called it that. Unfortunately the father of the friend whom I bought that with found "Bob," and promptly went on a sledgehammer rampage - that was about four years ago. Should I ever find a similar bong I'll probably call it by that same name.

Today I also bought a small chillum of clear glass with blue swirls, but haven't decided on a name for that and may not name it at all. I've had one brass pipe for two or three years now, no name. No biggie.

So &T, do you name your pieces? If so, describe them and what you named 'em, perhaps even why.

Look at Gollum from LOTR. Once that nig started calling the ring 'my precious' it all went down hill from there. Start naming your bongs and next thing you know you might be as fucked in the head as he is.

I've always seen naming pieces just a stupid stoner culture thing that is pretty dumb if you ask me. I never have named one of my pieces ever. I'll just say lets smoke the frog pipe (regular pipe w/ frog in the tube), or the rainbow pipe (regular pipe w/ rainbow colored swirls), or something like that. I think that giving a pipe a name is pretty pointless though. Funny freshman year of high school, but not really anymore.

The first piece I ever bought was a glass chillum that had multiple layers of coloring. It was an awesome piece and it became kind of a legend amongst my group of friends at the time. I had that thing for like four years until it got confiscated by the 5-0. I nicknamed it "The knight rider".

I only name a piece if it's something obvious and simple. I used to have a "Killer" brand bong, that was black with "KILLER" in big red letters on the side. So I just called it "The Killer".

My cousin has a 4 foot glass bong that he calls "the midget" because 1. it's about the height of an average midget, and 2. they always wanted to meet a midget to see if they can physically take that much smoke into thier lungs.

i used to name my pipes. i think i got the idea off of half baked. yeah that had to be it, cause i called my pipe wesly pipes. original i know.

We rarely actually ever actually use those names again, but it can be fun to come up with them while high.

When I had more, I had a hooka called old blue. Gas mask, a recliner bong I called lazy boy, a 2ft flame bong I called phoenix, a multi-stange bong I called bones... These I haven't named yet I just got these a few months ago, currently smoking out of the handpipe as I speak.

Like, one fancy looking bong is called the Trophy Bong, or occasionally the Charlie Brown Bong because of his sweater. One of it's bowl pieces is called the Trophy Bowl because it fits the style. Another bowl for this bong has a glass nail going through it, and is usually referred to as the "bowl-with-the-nail".

I usually call my tallest and fanciest bong the Chris-Bong after the friend who gave it to me on my birthday. My big red sherlock pipe is usually called the Big Red Pipe. A turtle shaped pipe is called the Turtle Pipe. And so on.

I removed the 9v from the smoke alarm, opened the window, toweled the door, and blew the smoke out the window with an appliance fan. I always had a positive airflow entering the room through the cracks of the door when the fan was on.
