Yeah, you can chew the leaves. Put them under your tongue or between your gums and your cheek and let that shit sit there for like a half hour.

But you first have to activate the chemicals in the salvia that get you high. To do so, you have to get your hands on both Cypermethrin and Imiprothrin, which can be found in pretty much any general/grocery/home improvement store. It comes as Raid. This is what you do:

1. Lay your salvia leaves out on a baking sheet.
2. Spray with Raid.
3. Heat oven to 125 degrees and put the salvia in. Let sit for 8 - 10 minutes, but no more. You don't want them to burn.
4. Take them out of the oven and let them cool off.
5. Now you're ready to trip balls!

Make a bong out of a bottle or something.

Hopefully i don't have to say this, but ignore cornbread.

Chewing extracts doesn't really work, at least not in my experience.

So yeah just make yourself a bottle bong, Google's the way to go if you need instructions on that.

Anyway, you should probably buy a bong/ pipe or at least make a bong lol, because ive tried salvia a few times, including the liquid extract, which didnt really have much effect.. i just felt like i was sitting upside down for a while, and that the ground was very distant.. lol..

But smoking the stuff is the most intense experience ive ever encountered.. lol, its absolutely fuking insane.. i cant say i ever get the urge to put myself through that journey again... but it should definately be experienced at least once lol.

So i really reccomend not wasting a dose chewing it lol.

Whilst chewing does work, its about the least pleasurable method of consuming said drug that I've tried. I'm not really a fan of smoking, but salvia is pretty mild and can be held in fairly easily, whereas chewing produces gallons and gallons of bitter disgusting black slimey saliva in your mouth, which you get to swallow.

Does last longer though, and I got more in the way of aural hallucinations as I came up. That may well be subjective, seen as though I could only stand the taste and texture enough to try chewing once.

Chewing only work for the plain unextracted leaves.

But Fuck the extract, get some real leaves.... i speculate that there are other active substances in salvia leaf other then those that can be extracted via EthOH, or non polar substances, shit like like salvinorin-A is probobly not the only ingredient for "magic"....

Salvia is not really a recreational drug so to speak. The high that it produces when smoking is extremely intense and most of the time isn't very pleasant.

DO NOT underestimate the potency of salvia, its not like weed were you can toke when your driving or about to talk to your boss or Parents shortly after. It will totally immobilize you if you do it properly.

Each trip varies greatly from dosage, to potency, to person, etc, so its hard to make a general description. Some people say they felt like they were going to die, some users have noted a feeling of being wrapped up by some external force. Some black out completely.

My trip was crazy cause after I did it I swore that I was awake and had my eyes open perceiving everything that was going around me. But from everyone in the room I had apparently blacked out. So my mind was constructing these visuals that were so detailed I thought I was still conscious and functioning.

Another time I did it I had a visual of a 3D cube that was made up of millions of smaller cubes all packed together. And I put my hand up to touch it and the surface had like a membrane coating and as I pushed my hand further into the visual I "popped' the outer layer and the smaller cubes burst out completely dismantling itself from its original form (One large cube). It was beautiful on such an indescribable level, so detailed and real.

To smoke it properly I suggest a bong or steamroller, take about 2-3 huge hits, and hold them in for like 30 seconds. That is if you have an extract. The foliage itself might take a little more.
