Drive of a sloth on antidepressants
I'll be brief here, I'm a healthy 17 year old who works out 3 times a week and eats very healthy foods. Yet, I haven't had any sexual desire for about 3 months now. The 6 months before this I was suffering from moderate depression, and had even more drive than I do now. I've never taken antidepressants if you're wondering. I did have a stronger libido before my depression, however seeing as I hit puberty late 14 it wasn't that developed.
Its getting annoying not having any desire for ANYONE, as I've had to convince people I'm not gay and I've missed out on several good opportunities to get laid.
Does anyone know a way to increase desire?
tl;dr: Is there anything I can do to increase my libido? Seriously I just fap for the sake of fapping, no fantasy, no porn, no nothing.

This is your problem. Fap less, or better yet, not at all. Eventually you will begin to find arousal in almost everything. After a month or two, you'll probably cream yourself after biting your own tongue. Alternatively, take ecstasy.

take ecstasy.
I don't think someone with depression should mess around with a drug that affects your serotonin levels so much.

It could be funny though. Everyone loves a good suicide attempt off a local bridge/building.

I'll try and lay off the fapping, but I didn't fap for the first month after I got out of my depression. I only do it to relieve that weird "heavy" sensation you get after not ejaculating for 2-3 days.

Are you fucking serious? I guess it's true that the grass is always greener on the other side... Here I am trying so desperately to find a way to accomplish the exact opposite...

You're obviously not a Buddhist :p

Sometimes people shut down sexually for one reason or another, there's nothing wrong with it just use the time to do something productive.
But that's not your problem, just stop masturbating so much.

Re: Drive of a sloth on antidepressants
your libido will come back, your just in a quiet period. maybe your feeling a little uninspired, just leave the wanking alone for a while, use the held up energy for something useful. when the time is right the time is right, cumming alone isnt enjoyable, its just a mess to clean up, wait until something really gets you going, watch some decent pr0n (fetish of choice preferably), if you lost your mojo theres no point forcing it.
remember, wanking isnt a chore, its a hobby.

Re: Drive of a sloth on antidepressants
It's been 4 days since I last fapped and I'm feeling a little more desire, I actually felt the urge to look a a girl's chest for the first time in over a month. I've also began working out, so that might affect it a little.

Re: Drive of a sloth on antidepressants
Maybe get your testosterone levels checked. This could be medical.
