I know this is going to sound terrible, but: craigslist. If you want to pick up large women, check craigslist. Typically larger people don't have as good luck picking people up in real life. Because of this, craigslist gets a lot of business from this demographic. In fact, I'm willing to bet that if he advertises his interests in craigslist (or any online dating site) he will get a LOT of interested people.
