 heroin & dehydration
it seems like no matter how much water I drink, if I smoke tar I am perpetually super dry and my skin gets all like sun-burnt flaky
anyone else get this/tips to prevent?

Yea i get that way also man, i mostly get dry skin around my nose. I think its mostly from scratching though im not sure, i just put lotion on and it goes away.
