I would assume that if you're paid to have proper grammar then it would not be difficult to always use proper grammar.

We only really expect a few things with your grammar and formatting: capitals, paragraphs, sentences and the occasional comma. Correct spelling is good as is not using txt/leet speak. Most browsers have a spell checker built in now anyway.

I can understand people just fine if they don't type properly. I think that in terms of grammer, sentences and paragraph's are of paramount importance, and that misspelt word's are fine as long as it isn't because they substituted letters for numbers.

I type most days all day at work, whether it be letters, emails or just data entry into excel sheets. And I find that putting at least basic grammar into my writing on &T is made easier by it becuase it just comes naturally.

I am in no way a grammar nazi but as was mentioned earlier it is a little hard at times to read 50 lines of text with no . , or spaces.

We understand that sometimes the effort taken to press the enter button and put a space in is just to much but that is ok, We just ask that you try.

^Note the grammar and that is after starting work at 6am and not finishing until 7pm, see 8 hours a day of data entry is nothing those of us with the real jobs, Never clock out
