Thanks for everyone's advice. I took the advise of TOTSE and had a talk with her. She is a teacher and school is out until after the New Year here in this part of the U.S.
This is how it worked out. She really is very attracted to me but was afraid too say much for fear that I could be scared away and didn't want to take that risk of her being too serious too quick and lose me.
