What movies out there do you find to be disturbing, I mean made you upset that it was so disturbing, I have a very clear distinction between that and disgusting, like in Horror flicks.

Truly disturbing ones are a hell of alot more frightening. My choice is Wolf Creek , found it unsettling.

What's that amatuer film about the jungle tribe, has a scene where a woman gets raped on a beach with a coconut? People used to say it was real because the people in the credits never came home or something

Imprint from the Masters of Horror was a bit disturbing. That's about the best I can think of right now. Anything by Takashi Miike is sure to be disturbing.
