Text her now or wait to say it in person?
Well I've decided i'm going to go after my dream girl but I waited too late and now its this whole christmas/new years break. I really want to tell her I want her but I really don't know what to say so I'm debating either waiting until school starts up again and tell her in person I want her or send her a text message now telling her I want her.
Is that weird? "I want you"... Fuck.

Now I don't know your exact situation with this girl, but unless you're in a relationship with her already, which you've indicated that you aren't, I wouldn't text her "I want you" or even tell her that in those words. I don't know if that was your plan but if it was your chances of success aren't looking good.
Since you've got her number, I'm going to assume you know her at least a little bit. Just call her up and asks if she wants to hang with you/do something. If she's interested she won't say no.

Fuck, thats sound advice but I've already asked her out to do stuff twice and both times she was busy. I'm not sure if its a legitimate busy or a no busy but she seems happy to see me every time I go see her. Fuck I hate this game.

I would suggest waiting until the break's over to tell her. Doing it now would mean that if she DID want to be with you, she'd have to wait until she could see you again, and in that time she could change her mind. And besides, if she's like one of those girls who consults her friends first, she'd be able to talk to them faster.
then again... there is the possibility she would reject you, and if she does it during the break, it would prevent awkward moments in school when you run into her because by then, she'd probably be over it.

this is very true. If she's into you, you'd probably be together already, that's just my opinion though. When me and my girlfriend were just beginning to hang out and get to know eachother, i once got a text from her after i left her dorm saying "Now i can't study because i just want you"
and even though i was really into her, it was a little unusual, like....do people say that? I don't know if that's exactly what you were going to say, but yeah.....
Now that I'm in college and have been with girls, if something is going to happen- its going to happen. There needs to be a mutual attraction, and if you don't feel it...I don't know.....Its been obvious for me i guess

Heres some details...
Shes 10 years my senior
has a kid
MAY not even be available but shes never mentioned anyone in the two years i've known her.
I only go see her every once in awhile maybe once a week if im lucky
and its always at her work (the school) (yeah shes a teacher...)
I can tell shes genuinely excited to see me and touches me at every APPROPRIATE chance she gets. (greetings/leavings)
There is that mutual attraction feeling but I'm scared and confused.
Kinda feel out of my league thats why I've not done anything thus far.
