He also got me a talking 40 Year Old Virgin doll, but he bought it ages ago and it wasn't really part of the gift, but it was still awesome. His family got me peanut brittle, an H&M gift card, and some really gorgeous pens.

I got him the graphic novel Watchmen, which he really wanted. I also made him a gift basket filled with homemade flavored hot chocolate powders and some mugs, and also some big containers of snack foods I made, including spicy Bits and Bites, Chex Mix drizzled with white chocolate and with cranberries, and these dill-flavored goldfish crackers I make that he goes crazy for. But all the food was just because he's broke and when he's away at school he never has anything to snack on.

My wife didn't get me nothing. Partly because I didn't want anything but mainly because on Xmas day she suddenly entered a vegetative state and was recommitted to the lunatic asylum (no I'm not joking).

Hahaha, And "Watchmen" specifically- (just informed by my favorite comic book geek) is a trade paperback, NOT and NEVER graphic novel- because it was released as those 22 page comic books and then as a collection after the series was complete.

Not that it matters, I think it's just funny that people try to use what they think is a more legitimizing term and prove they have no idea what they're talking about. :D
