Read up on symptoms of panic attacks and anxiety disorders, there are many, with many different types of conditions, with many different types of prescriptions.

Make sure you do it right though, I tried this once on my hunt for speed and got diagnosed with autism. And now I can't go back for genuine mental health problems (big concern for me).

but you have to ACT it out also, make sure your tone is nervous like your scared of talking to the doctor. show signs of nervousness when your talking to him like bite your fingernails stuff like that

if you dont act well enough, he'll know whats up

Getting Benzos 101:

Background on theblackpope, I have gotten prescribed xanax in rehab at age 16, and again prescribed xanax by a different docter 7 days after getting arrested for oxycontin at age 17.

Go to step 1

1) Find a docter, it doesn't have to be a psyciatrist, even a family docter will work. Every docter is different but most are the same. Go to step 2.

2) There are two things you need to tell the docter, you have anxiety around people (social anxiety) and you get really bad panic attacks about 2 times a week. You need to explain for both:

Anxiety around people
I cant focus on the conversation because my mind races so quickly and I'm nervous I don't know what to say its nerve racking unless I know them really really well and even then sometimes it happens.

Panic attacks
Explain that at random times you cant breath and you become extreamly claustraphobic and you honestly feel like your going to die. It is the scarriest thing in the world. Go to step 3

3) Your docter is not an asshole and prescribes you benzos. Go to step 6.
Your docter is a fucking asshole and tries to precribe you SSRIs. You can use a bat to his head, and go to step 6, or go to step 4 for trying to persuade him out of it.

4) He wants you to go on SSRIs. Ask him what those are. When he says zoloft or prozac or any one of those motherfuckers, tell him hell no you have been on them before and they make you so hungry and you gain a lot of wait as well as you cant maintain erection and you feel like a zombie. Give him a horrified look as if he is out to get you. Go to step 5

5) He will then offer xanax, go to step 6. If he is a real fucking asshole he will offer lexapro which is supposed to be an SSRI w/o the side effects. To bad that there are still side effects, just not as bad, and tell him you wont try SSRIs and ask him if he is joking, didn't he just hear what you said about SSRIs. Ask him if there are anything else. He then gives you xanax, go to step 6. OR he tells you "well there are benzos but they are addictive. Tell him you dont need them every day, just before certain social events as well as when you are in a panic attack. Explain your pannic attack again to him. Get xanax, go to step 6.



6) You win.




Note, it should only take a maxium of 2 months to work a docter. If you are a minor and don't have docter manipulation skills like I did then you need about 3 months, and test out his SSRIs and tell him you have those side effects and need something else.

No rainman, autism is a possibility but I'd rather not admit it. Also my problems are pretty ambiguous, it's more of a coin toss between schizoid personality disorder and possibly something near sociopathy (yes, I know 50% of american psycho fans say that).

Let's see, my dad is pretty good with numbers, he just finished writing a program to solve sudoku puzzles, and one to write them, and he's learnt to play almost every instrument apart from drums. I'm smart as fuck, and got decent grades throughout school without even doing the classwork, let alone revising. I've always been good at comprehending media, but on the other hand I was a loner for half of my life and had to learn fast when secondary school came along.

I just remembered the psychiatrist also mentioned psychosis after my school contacted CAMHS about some erotica I wrote about a teacher. I think I blagged her I was just a pervert.

yea i've hallucinated off ativan several times, i eventually had to switch to restoril and klonopin because sleep is what i seeked. and it wasn't even off high doses, just 10-20mg.

i seem like i qualify for anti-anxiety.
