I need clear ammonia. Clear ammonia isn't sold in Australia. I can only get cloudy ammonia... is there a way to extract all the sudsy soapy shit from it to make it clear?

Can you get your hands on NaOH? It can be impure as fuck and still work for what you can do. If you mix NaOH (or KOH) and Ammonium Nitrate (instant cold packs) it will produce ~pure ammonia gas. Just use some kind of tubing (straws, pens, tape, etc) to bubble it into some water and you will have some industrial grade clear ammonia. Careful, though, ammonia gas is a chemical weapon and will eat your lungs alive. If you do it, do so outside and hope none leaks out, lest you die.
