i went to walmart today with my wig and fake reading glasses on and a fedora to see what i could manage to do during post christmas chaos.

it was so crowded i decided i didnt even want to be there but my wife had shopping to do so i had to kill some time before i met her back at the car.

i go over to the jewelry counter to view the watches.
at this walmart they dont have the watches behind the glass they have displays on the counter in a box which has a security tag attached the the watch/box and a wire goes into the counter which stops anyone from just walking away with the box.
so i go pick up the box for this watch i am interested in and the watch just falls onto the floor out of the box.
im like wtf and bend down and slip it on my wrist and walk away buckling it.

there was employees and customers everywhere so stealing anything of any size seemed out of the question so i walked past my wife to signal her to pick me up next door at lowes.

i go to lowes bathroom change my clothes take my gear off and walk out and get into my car.

I wouldn't say return it though, because shops around Christmas take pretty strict inventories (because a lot of stuff get's stolen with all the business they get) and if they notice they didn't sell a single watch and your returning one, you will get caught. So that would give you two options: sell it or wear it. Wear it around if you like wearing a watch (I personally don't so I would sell it). Or just tell a buddy of yours that does wear nice watches that you will sell it to him cheap because you got it from _relative_ and you don't really wear watches. :)

i always was curious about a mass theft on a big chain store. (walmart,best buy,k-mart,sears)

after about 30 minutes the 5 real thieves go in and start grabbing anything valuable that isnt bolted down.



after they leave they call the "bum" and he takes his bags to checkout and dumps them on the counter and then just pays for 1 thing saying he doesnt want the rest.

I've been out of the shoplifting game for three years now (stopped when I turned 17 to avoid getting prosecuted as an adult if caught) and I remember Wal-Mart around Christmas time as being lots of fun. The year that I was 16 and really big in to shoplifting, the lazy fucks working in electronics left the video game display cases open so they wouldn't have to keep opening them.


I think it goes without saying that giving out Xbox and PS2 games like candy to my friends that Christmas felt pretty awesome (and saved me a shit ton of money on actually buying shit for them).
