Has anybody here ever experimented with the anticonvulsant/anxiolytic drug Lyrica (aka Pregabalin)? Apparently it is related to Gaba in effects and chemical structure, though i doubt as powerful.

The manufacturer's insert states Euphoria as a possible "negative" side effect. Negative?
Anyway...

It's worth a try, but there's not a whole lot there in the recreational department.

Though I hear it goes well with other pharmies, I've only ever done it as a standalone and it was not too impressive. Mildly entertaining but not worth repeating.

What dosage do you suggest? I am thinking around 300 mg to start.

Okay so I ingested 500mg. They are 50 mg pills so i had to take 10. I hate taking that many at once, gives me a creepy feeling i guess. But i researched for about an hour for possible side effects and interactions with other medications i am on (wellbutrin, 5-htp). Anyway it started to kick in about 20 mins ago.

I feel strange. Thought patterns are different, and i feel drowsy and awake at the same time. Sort of a drunk feeling. It seems to be at full force, and i feel a slight euphoric feeling. Nothing to write home about though. Just playing WoW and relaxing. I don't think I'd repeat, and i don't feel like i should take more to increase the euphoric feeling. It's whatever..

I feel pretty good i guess. I could liken this to the one time i tried DXM, it feels like the onset of DXM. That sort of focused drunken feeling, you know? My head feels very heavy. Turning the lights down right now would seem like a good idea.

I feel kind of nauseous. Does anyone know the duration of effects from this drug? I can compare it to that feeling when you drink too much and feel spinny, but not as bad and more clarity. But bleh.
