Each passcode key is unique. Its set by whoever owns it. There's no list of passcodes.

lol. People on the ipod touch forum i go to always ask questions like this. You'd be surprised. Except they start off by saying that their brother or somethin let them have it but didn't give them the passcode, etc. But everyone knows that isn't the real story.
