Well I got bored this week and noticed that there wasn't any actual websites for the DTB Series (like there are for deathnote [deathnote.tv] or full metal alchemist [watch-fma.com]).

So being bored as I was, decided to throw something together for those of you who haven't watched the episodes yet or maybe the people who've been interested in watching the series, but wasn't motivated enough to search out each episode.

Well, regardless of the reason, you should check it out, give me some feedback on what you think of it, or suggestions for added content, etc.

Plus, I'm not going to complain in getting some cigarette funds if you happen to click on one of the ads or purchase the dvds =)

Oh, derr, the site:

http://d-t-b.tk

http://darker-than-black.tk

http://dtb-series.tk

-They all are the same site, just had 3 different names for whatever might be easier for you to remember or type.

And note to the flamers: this is something rather sloppy, I threw it together haphazardly, and while I think it looks pretty good, I'm sure you'll find something wrong with it, so ... let me know without all the cussing and belligerence?

What program did you use to make your site?

Also, what's with the hidden period in Hei's eye?

I <3 this anime so much :3

I hated the ending though -_- But I guess you couldn't really end it well.

I used front page occasionally while just getting the look of it set up, but for the most part it's all notepad :)

The period is there because I fucked up. I put the image code in the css template, almost like a table background, all I needed was some text, image, etc in the div tags of the actual html code to trigger it.

The plan was to use a 1x1 pixel labeled invisible.gif to repeat its self across the picture so you could see the dtb logo fine and all, but when you would click it to view image, it would take you to the invisible.gif image :)

Plus having the image stored in the css code, it'd be more likely you weren't going to go off finding the image, it was simply greed is all.

Well anyways, it was working fine until I went to take a look at my site at a friend's house on IE, and bam the DTB header image was not showing up, all because IE wanted text in those div tags and not an image to bring it up.

So instead of recoding alot of shit, I just changed a file that was simply included via <? php include()>, saved me a few hours that I spent thinking of several not so nice things about how shitty IE is :)

Wow I typed more than I thought...

I agree. I loved the idea behind it, the animation, I loved just about everything about it.

But because of the limited episodes pushed out before the "finale" the season left several things left unanswered, several characters weren't used to their full potential, or really explained in full, let alone followed later on.

Just a lot of holes where there could have been more character development, and of course, more episodes, missions, and fights to watch =D
