How much Guafensein (or however it is spelled) is enough to cause harm to your body? I am 250 pounds if that matters. And lets assume I'm not allergic to it either lol.

I couldn't find a cough syrup my first DXM trip without guaifenesin and was extremely desperate so I drank some, probably over 1500mg of guaifenesin.
I smoked some weed and was fine for a while, however as the DXM effects were leaving, I quickly became sick feeling and ended up vomiting through my mouth and nose at the same time. It wasn't exactly pleasant but I sure felt relieved afterwards.
I am pretty sure you will be fine (other than a good chance of vomiting), a google search told me you can take 2400mg in 24 hours, and that's using the drug normally. I only weigh 130 or so by the way.
