Default Inertia creeps by Massive attack

Hi?

You know how there are different genres of music, such as blues, rap, country, rock'n'roll..etc etc. Could someone please tell me what kind of music this song is? Thanks.

Yeah, Trip Hop is the shit. I was actually just listening to "Inertia Creeps" on my way home from work. check out "Collected". it's basically a Massive Attack essentials compilation.

If you like them, I highly urge you to check out Portishead. Their first two albums are great, but Third is just the best. It is so damned good.

If you like Massive Attack, I would recommend checking out UNKLE, and DJ Shadow's earlier work too.

Fantastic stuff.

'Mezzanine' was a totally different album from blue lines and protection ,probably due to the lack of involvement of mushroom.
i wouldnt be inclined to label this track trip hop,
3d says the new (now well overdue) album would be of a 'gothic soul' sound, better be worth the wait!!

I'm looking forward to that one. It sounds like it will be pretty awesome.

On a similar note, Portishead recently confirmed that they are writing for their fourth album. Hopefully, this one won't take 12 years to record.

why would you want just an instrumental version of "Teardrop"? it would be totally incomplete.
