Assuming your pill contains hydrocodone bitartrate and ibruprofen, and its the hydrocodone bitartrate that you're interested in, its pretty much exactly the same to normal hydrocodone. Companies, in general, attach a salt to increase solubility, circumnavigate patenting laws or make it seem a different, and therefore to the unknowing, better drug.

The only thing that's different is it will have a very slightly different Mr, resulting in a tiny difference in the actual weight of hydrocodone. I have no idea of the normal salt on dihydrocodeineone, or whether its freebase in pills, so I can't calculate whether its going to result in a slightly stronger pill or slightly weaker. I do mean slightly, probably in the regions of 1% on either side.

That all depends on how many milligrams there are. Hydrocodone is hydrocodone, regardless of the nomenclature used to describe it. The only difference between those two you mentioned is the worthless NSAID they put in with it. Your question is moot.
