 another sick question.
so im fighting a sickness. taking lots of vitamins drinking antioxidants etc.. but im not getting any better.. its been 3 days.
Ive been smoking cigarettes, could that be the reason why im not getting any better?

I think its just a cold man.. I have a sore throat and my ears keep plugging up.
Im eating very healthy and doing everything i can to make this go away. Nothing is working though.

Give it time. It'll go away eventually. Smoke will irritate a sore throat, so you may want to lay off the cigs.
