yeah , the past 2 Saturday's in a row my house has been broken in to. The thing is, I'm almost 100 percent sure of who it is, but there is no evidence, and i don't want to just give out his name and the group of kids he hangs with to the cops because there is nothing linking him to it, other than me knowing this guy is a meth head and only lives two blocks from me. any advice on how i link him to these break ins?

if you cant stand having him rob you a third time.pretend to leave and sneak back in somehow and shoot him when he breaks and enters your property.

if he dies,nothing will happen cause hes literally going into your private property.

GROW some balls and confront him.
if he objects. deliver a swift uppercut to his chin
tell him if it happens again he can say goodbye to (insert something important to him i.e. family, dog, whatever)
if he goes to the cops there not gonna believe him, he's a meth head and for some reason they do tell them about Your house.

well I'm getting an ADT home protection system friday, but thats still 5 days from now, and i dont have a gun......its actually been happening at my dad's house where i used to live, anyways im gonna be there this week all day until my dad gets off work because its been happening when nobody is home during the day. and they already gotta a laptop , power tools, a flatscreen tv, and some other small shit, not to mention they kicked the door in to my dads room to get the tv because it was locked. but they didnt get his desktop, im thinkin they might be coming back. it's okay for my to knock the fuck out of them with a baseball bat if i see them?
