I know this would vary GREATELY but I am asking in genral. If one would typically dose 12 - 16 mgs Hydro M IV or say eat 10 percs or bang around 80 - 120 mgs of morphine how much would their tollerence have decreased after a month and a week. And than if that person was to only use once a month from then on, would their tollerence continue to decrease over time and how benificial would it be to take dxm to prevent tollerence on those monthly adventures. I would appreciate al lguess, responces flames, random pics ect...

If you only use once a month, then you will have little to no tolerance unless you already have one to begin with. So since you are talking about spiking, I assume you are experienced with opiates.

If you use once or twice a month with no maintenance between doses like suboxone or methadone, your tolerance will drop. But, noone can give you an exact figure because there are a lot of variables involved, like how much you used prior, your weight, how long you have been using, and so on and so forth.

But, in general, your tolerance will reduce drastically from only using once a month. It will continue to fall as long as you only use that much. You can use, such as I do, every weekend, and that is enough for me, to not have my tolerance go up, and it actually has gone down some since I started being more strict with myself.

I'm in pain management though, and have been for years, and its enough for my tolerance to fall. Years ago when I first started pain management my tolerance got out of whack, now that I have concentrated on this, it has been falling. I'm prescribed 120 15mg IR roxis a month, and use them for pain, and only catch a buzz once a week. And by doing that, my tolerance is going down, if anything. So if you don't use at all, you will be in good shape.

Good answer but no. I mean to say that now I would only use once a month. Prior to this I did dosses like i siad in my first post about 2 - 3 times a week for sevral months but never rly ogt dopesick. If after stopping that for a month how will my tolelrence be, well, a month and a week.

I have done what I can.

ALWAYS TAKE EITHER DXM OR MAGNESIUM WHEN OPIATING. Both of the aforementioned are NMDA antagonists. THEY WILL PREVENT TOLERANCE! They won't alleviate tolerance or cravings once accumulated, but as I said before, THEY WILL PREVENT TOLERANCE!

But yea, your established tolerance should be mostly gone within a month if you haven't been binging before that. After tolerance in gone, go out and buy some Magnesium pills from your local grocery (like $6 for 100 pills). Take 2 at the time you're dosing, and another one 3 hrs later. Or, get a thing of Robogels from a pharmacy ($6 for 20 pills) take them just like you would magnesium.

dude, quit for like 6 months before picking up here and there use. your tolerance will drop as far as its going to drop in that time period, and your endorphin production should be somewhat normalized by then...


then when you do use, go at it in one high. not get high all day. one high, fucking put some thought into it and maximize it. it's pure win..


then wait a couple weeks before even thinking about using again...

For those sugesting magneiseum and dxm, with robo gells if one is popping sum pers should one dose before ( if so how long ) or pop with percs?

For both DXM and Magnesium, I would reccommend taking both about 45 minutes before hand.

30-60mg DXM, not more, and around 600mg Magnesium.
