Melatonin's actually helped me a lot with sleep, I just started taking it a few days ago and I've gone from lying awake in bed all night, getting 3-5 hours of sleep, to getting around 8 hours a night. I feel a lot better and would definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Diphenhydramine FTW!!!! Never tried Doxylamine, but I've never needed to. I trust the 'dryl.

Dude try some Benadryl extra strength. I think each tablet is 50mg, a couple of those and I always fall asleep. Try it yourself!
