I have some Codeine-guaifenesin syrup. It is 100 mg of guaifenesin and 10 mg of codeine per 5 ml of syrup. Could I get high off of this? And how dangerous is the guaifenesin?

I would say no.
Guaifenesin in large doses can make you sick, and you would be taking a very large dose of guaif. just to get a decent high off of the codeine.
Save it for when you have a bad cough.

Alright I have no drugs and I want to get high so is there any way I can extract the Codeine from the syrup? And does anyone know how much I would need to get a decent high? I'm a pretty large guy if that matters.

I don't know how to extract from syrup but seeing how its codiene it's probably not worth the hassle. Either try getting some panadine and doing a CWE on it, buy some booze or stay sober.
