Ok so I took some Meth last night at 10:30PM and now it's 11am the next morning. I've been laying in bed for a good 6 hours trying to sleep but my mind keeps going, what can I do to get to sleep? I was thinking about taking some codeine but a friend warned against it?

Please help I'd really like to sleep.

smoke weed, it will start to ease you down, if you still can't sleep take some antihistamines. Or take your codiene, it probably wont be too bad for you at this point. Whatever you do, don't take more meth.

Get a box of those OTC sleep aid pills. They've got the same stuff as Tylenol PM, except without all the cold medication shit. Not sure about meth, but that'll make me fall asleep after taking adderall.

i'm not a meth user but since its been 12 hours I think your heart has probably calmed down since the initial rush by now, I don't think a mild dose of codeine would hurt...But let someone else more experienced than me let you know for sure.
