Re: The "Six Pack" thread!
I have a friend who's puts that model to shame, and he always ends up with his shirt off. Or 'scratching his stomach', but in the process he lifts his shirt up a bit to flash his abs.
Pathetic. But at the same time, he works out so fucking hard, why not show it off?

Agreed. Im not trying to say those who showing off their stomachs are idiots. Im simply trying to make a claim that they are INDEED trying to show off their stomach on purpose. Nature didnt intend for men to look RIPPED 24/7. And even if you have a strong six pack. If you let your stomach relax, i think even those with abs would have a small gut. After all Muscles will create a bulge when they arnt rock hard.

6 pack=Low body fat% Not muscle
If you eat healthy and do mad cardio no matter how weak you are your abs will show.

Re: The "Six Pack" thread!
I've got a 6 pacc, kind of. It's not as clear cut as that guys, but it's most certainly there and cut out. It's still visible when I'm just sitting there, versus flexing, with very little noticeable difference at all.
I think you're just a lolser.
