Alot of people compare it a meth crash, with around a twentieth of the high. If you're lucky..
It used to be the only stim i could get my hands on so i feel your pain. It is a constant mental panging that hinders any social-based interaction, and provides a sense of extremely discomforting unrest.
I've tried everythaang to cure this horrible affliction of mental lethargy one gets after consuming excessive amounts of this shit drug, but to no avail.
Don't bother with the whole amino acids and 5-HTP route- scientifically there may be some significance in terms of evidence of it replenishing your neurochemicals, but mentally there isn't much of a boost that this will give you- most probably nothing. Unless you're a sucker for a sweet placebo..
If you drink at this point, you will turn into even more of a zombie. Don't drink.
Also, do NOT take more of the drug, as you're just prolonging the inevitable.
I'd recommend eating, if possible.

To be frank, the only good cure for the comedown you're experiencing exists within the form of a tablet: some kind of benzo.

Hmm....1/20th of the high? What if you took 1/20th the dosage of meth, so you'd get the same effects that you'd get from doing a given dose of ritalin, (and yes, I know no dosage of ritalin will make you feel like meth, but you see where I'm going with this...) but 1/20th of the crash, (IE, not much of a crash at all). Then could you do meth with no crash?
