Indeed. As long as they can convince prosecutors that they are making an honest effort to delete any illegal content, they can't make much of a case against the site and its owners.

Some pedos announce that it is there on their forums and chat rooms so other pedos can go look. I saw that on cnn or some other news show. This may be code for hai gais go look at what I uploaded from the internet cafe or my laptop using someone elses wifi.
