To drink after taking a xanax bar?

I'm not talking a few beers, more like half a handle of captain.

I took a bar around midnight last night and plan on drinking later this evening. I know most of you wouldn't think twice about mixing the two. Only thing is I got pretty fucked up in a car crash 2 months ago and I'm still recovering from chest trauma and my heart rate is elevated.

The drinking isn't my concern, I get drunk at least 4 nights a week.
