Now, I know it's possible to open a PayPal account with a bank account in your own name, but is it possible to open a PayPal account with no bank account "connected" to it, in order to simply appropriate funds from the first PayPal account to the second, the second having no actual bank account tethered to it?

Thanks very much in advance, and I'm also wondering, can someone with a "student account" in Maryland use the account to open a PayPal account?

I don't believe that you can open a PP account without bank credentials, but you could at least not be a lazy nig and go try to find out by singing up.
