Um lately I've been snorting alot of dexmetheyphenidate 15 mg xr's and IR 5's my nose just started bleeding very bad and it won't stop if I look down for even 10 seconds a steady stream comes running out both my nostris very dark blood it's getting everywhere. What the fuck should I do

The best way in general to stop nose bleeds is to make a plug out of toilet paper, moisten it, and ram that fucker up there as far as it will go. I mean like twist it around once or twice so it will go deep in. For normal bleeds it works fine, and when you pull the plug out 1/2 hour later (warning extremely itchy in that 1/2 hour) then you will be able to breathe normally, blow your nose, and not have any blood in it.


That said, I know of a few people who have had this happen and needed it to be cauterized shut by a surgeon. One guy told me they used a laser for it. Basically, it won't stop without surgery, or that is what happened to them. Give it a few days, if it keeps bleeding you're going to have to get surgery.


Also, man up and start using a syringe with no needle to stick your speed pills up your butt like the rest of us. It works a fuckload better then snorting anyway, and does not fuck up your body.

um fucking put a tissue up your nose or something and lay down. When you wanna take out the tissue make sure to soak it down a bit. also if you somehow get sugar in your nose it will help it coagulate.

Not necessarily, assuming you have relatively pure product. Especially with meth versus railing crushed Adderall or Dexedrine or shit like that, the higher potency by weight means you can get to the same place with less material, and less material means less damage. Of course for a lot of people higher potency by weight means they can get a lot higher with just as much material, so that might not apply for some.

Snorting pills is actually kinda like snorting heavily cut shit considering the how much inactive material is in some pills. Also, it could possibly worse in some cases because the manufacturers did not intend for the inactive binders and fillers to be snorted, which is possibly what is causing the OP's predicament. Sure with pharmaceuticals you have a guarantee that there won't be any toxic or otherwise highly undesirable inactives, but the binders and fillers in pills will tear up your nasal cavity as fast as the cuts in "street drugs", if not faster.
