I have 5 oxycodones with APAP and very ignorant when it comes to pills. They have 5 mg's of oxy and 325 mg of APAP(i believe, http://www.drugs.com/imprints.php?action=search&imprint=512&color=12&shape=24 thats them)

5 is actually a perfect dose.

25mg is what I would recommend to a ope virgin.

If you want to play it safe, take 20mg and drop the 5th one like a half hour later.

Not like your at risk of ODing or anything, but too much can make you nauseas which kind of ruins the high.

Also, Benadryl will make it ALOT better. Just 25mg should do the trick. the recommended dose of DXM (30mg) will help out the high as well.

Cigs are a MUST. A (little) weed is nice too.

I once tried 45mg DXM + 25mg Diph 45 min before dosing a 30mg roxy and it actually intensified the effects. I'd say 15-20mg for an opiate virgin is key, but 25mg won't be too strong either.

As for the cigs, blah. As for the weed, yeah, they have a very nice synergistic effect.

Man, let me put it this way: I would have never started smoking if it wasn't for opiates. Holy hell, there is NOTHING more synergistic than peaking off a kill-the-zoo dose of OC and lighting up a cig.

DXM and diphen both affect some of the same chemicals you use to break down opiates so it stands to reason it would intensify the effects.

Also, what drug doesn't go well with cigs and weed?
