Why do you guys hit hard objects with your hand when you're angry? I've personally known 2 guys that broke their hands or wrists by punching walls, I've seen it a couple other times, and it's been in all sorts of movies or TV shows. Why not yell, or throw something at the wall, or just calm the fuck down?

My little league baseball coach was Mexican and we were at practice when his phone rang and then he punched the side of the dugout really hard and broke his wrist. He found out his daughter was pregnant lol.

It's a natural outlet, it just feels right. Right until the moment where you realize that your hand has swollen and you can't move your fingers.

I can't really punch anything now due to a fractured knuckle on my left hand and bend bones in my right.

Punching shit comes from the satisfaction of destroying something with your own two hands. It's more real, visceral, personal. You feel powerful, strong, in control, and that helps calm you down.

ZOMG that is so true. I know this guy named Trever, and he would get pissed and hit doors hard and sometimes with his head. He was not all their and one time on the bus, people were laughing and he thought at him, and he was on the last seat on bus and he headbutted the window behind him with the back of his head and shattered it ,but he did not even notice. Everyone started laughing and he had to do community service to make up for it.

I used to throw rocks at stuff and burn things when I got mad around 5 or 6 years ago. It was funny at times. For some reason lately I either swallow my anger, hit the person that made me angry or write something trippish or visceral.

Yesterday some bitch made me mad in msn and I wanted to slap her so fucking hard. I just ended eliminating her and chain smoking for a couple of hours.

Should have spammed her email with porn and set her on your block list and gotten a picture of her and let all your anger out on photoshop.

Last time I did that was in 2006 when Portugal beat England on penalties in the World Cup. I punched a wooden door hard, didn't hurt too much as I punched the thing properly and I don't have wrists that snap easily. When people don't know how to punch they end up breaking their shit.

It saves going out and beating up some guy on the street like a nigger would do.

One time i was so angry i kicked the table my tv was on. damn leg came off and everything came crashing down.

including the tv which didn't break but landed on my ankle and sprained the fuck out of it. the glass part of the table did break and broken glass left a huge gash on the other leg.

it was quite a self owning. But i was still too angry so i just sucked it up limped to the store for more beer to drown my problems away.


Anyway I'm not white and I'm pretty sure people of every race take their anger out on inanimate objects.
