Default all drugs have become worthless?

over the last few months the pleasurable effects of every class of drug have begun to diminish and very very recently I have been receiving no real pleasurable effects from drugs at all. weed makes me feel depressed and lazy, alcohol makes me feel nauseaus and emotionally unstable, amphetamines and cocaine cause extreme dysphoria and anxiety. opiates cause stomach shredding nausea with a mild mild euphoria completely not worth the consumption of said substances. combinations of all of the above or any pair make me lose complete control of my behavior and memory loss without any real fun or pleasure involved.

This isn't something that's always been I mean I've used drugs for 5 years now and I loved every minute of it until the last few months. I don't thinks its tolerance because I use drugs only on weekends and occasionally 1 or 2 days out of the work week. Is there something that could be causing this or am I just growing out of drugs or what the fucks up. I love drugs and the idea of losing them terrifies me, has this happened to anyone else and if so what the fuck did you do? shit is in crisis mode right now any help would be greatly appreciated.

p.s. It's not a matter of quality as I live in washington and always get amazing weed, heroin, and meth. and I have a prescription for my amps, and purdue has quality control on all the 80's I buy

Guess your brain can't take it.

There are people out there that just can't and shouldn't do drugs. The kind of person that took a little bit of shrooms and swear they grabbed their heart out of their chest or snort 1 line of coke, flip out for 35 minutes and have a comedown like it's the end of the world. Nothing is funnier though then seeing those certain people that cannot handle being spun; smoke crank and the way they act after that...Unless you get stuck with them

wow man that sucks...

advice? take a break for a couple months and slowly ease yourself back in...

take longer if necessary...

if your not enjoying them, then why do them?

oh, also, not sure if you would want to do this, but JP's cocktail could help with the mental aspect... possibly...

nah that actually sounds nothing like me I use drugs infrequently but in fantastically large quantities, and I don't flip out or have terrible comedowns, Im just not getting high anymore. I assure you I can probably consume more of any drug than you without "grabbing my heart and acting like its the end of the world"

Drugs are shit.

Don't 'have a break' from them, learn life instead.

Drugs are a cover up of a shit life.

It's no fun feeling part of your brain hurt..like it's hollow, after a large quanity of some drug.

You say you use them about 4 days out the week? And do a decent amount every time? Spending the other 3 days coming down or? The way you explained all those drugs effects seems like what happens when you start getting addicted to them or just the later outcomes from not keeping it in moderation. When was the last time you were sober for a week straight or more?

Try life sober and see if you can handle it.
When I was an addict, this is how things seemed- I didn't really get high, I just got normal... well for you things seem the opposite.

QUIT DOING DRUGS AND LIVE YOUR LIFE PRODUCTIVELY FTW

Yeahhhh, thats whats it about, alll abbouttt....wait fuck that, nobody wants to do that. Introduce more people to more drugs let them floods the streets and create a massive wave of addiction that can only be satsified with various transactions of drugs and money, sexual favors or doing some dirt, whatever your choice to make them pay

I don't have a shitty life, just an average life in fucking suburbia. you live where i do and deal with the people I'm surrounded with on a daily basis without an outlet. I'm not quitting drugs so stop saying that. Drugs helped me to find the few things in life that actually made me happy, and most importantly they helped me help myself, I feel like I really understand myself and I accept everything I see when i look myself in the mirror. I accept my faults fully and I think that despite what people say that is a rarity. Drugs are good, I love them very much and I will not hear of any discussion of quitting don't waste your time and mine.

and to the aforementioned question the last time I was sober for more then a week was a couple weeks ago. I don't use drugs 4 days a week i use them on fridays and saturdays and OCCASIONALLY on a weekday as i plainly stated, i mean like I'm on OC right now but its the first time I've used on a weekday in literally months. fall quarter just ended I finished my finals and had half an 80 left from saturday night so I celebrated, but again all it did was make me feel anxious nauseas and tired thus motivating me to open this thread

p.s. I'm aware this post makes me sounds like a cunt but drugs are important to me, someday I'll quit using them but I'll never stop advocating the responsible use of them. anything that helps you find real happiness however fleeting is something worthy of praise. I don't mean that in the sense of the high being happiness, but in the sense of self actualization and the people and experiences you meet and have through the mutual equalizing ground that is drugs

^^^ that's why I want some help. I'm not opposed to a break I just mean the niggers saying drugs are bad, and do something positive with my life, and quit doing drugs. I'm not striagt up stopping shits not an option. but if a breaks the only solution I'll do what I can. I'll stick to heroin only like 1 night a week and no other substances. heroin still gives me a mild high and no nausea. It's not an amazing high but its something and I need something. OC which i used to use way more often and I loved got me so high once upon a time, then the side effects started outweighing the high and now here I am.

Why did this even occurr though I don't have a high tolerance to anything but MDMA and amphetamines. Why would I suddenly have averse reactions to everything, My tolerance to opes is like non-existent and I don't drink often

this happend to me occasionally and is currently true about weed for me.

I find that its usually due to the fact that i am not entirely satisfied with my life and the drugs wind up bringing that out instead of helping me to forget it. Take a small break from drugs, think hard about your life and try to deduce what you feel is missing. Fix that and then start drugs again once you feel better.

If you really are totally satisfied with your life then (A: you're the only one) and B: it is probably just a reduction in euphoria caused by mild tolerance.

I reccomend quitting all drugs for a month or so and then easing yourself back into them if you want to after that time.

You also sound like you have a potentially dangerous attitude towards drugs. Its fine to use them occsionally as life enhancers but when you value them as highly as you seem to you're just asking from problems. From what you say you seem very in control of your use right now, but i just wanted to give you a friendly word of caution saying that you could be putting your self in danger by viewing drugs as you do.

you are retarded.

don't surround yourself with shitty people and don't live in a shitty area and then try drugs.

if your environment sucks, your altered state of consciousness will suck.

if your environment is good (enjoyable, etc) your drug experiences will be enjoyable.

Same thing happened to me. It was hard to accept but I learned to live with it, and I moved on with my life. It's a really hard transition to make when you're living the lifestyle and used to it, but sometimes it's what has to be done.

Ever heard of people "growing up"? Have you noticed that some people who used to use drugs in their youth stopped using them as they got older? If you do something over and over for a long time it will eventually lose it's magic. You're just holding on to the nostalgia.

QFT. Nothing can chemically get me off anymore. Though, I noticed this happened when I lost my virginity. For some reason smoking for free still gets me noticable euphoria as opposed to paying for it myself. lol.

Hahah this! Start eating real food like fish, nuts, fruits, and veggies; and also take a break from the drugs, your mind will thank you.
