Autopsy play a very specific type of slow, grinding Death Metal featuring alot of leads similar to those used in Doom bands such as Mourning Beloveth, Scald, etc...
If you're wondering why the vocals aren't growls the entire way through, its because of the heavy Grindcore influences, as well as the fact that they were one of the original DM bands, at a time when the genre was still evolving.
