The title. It's not that bad, just not like it was when I was 19. Could it be my diet ( I eat NO veggies and little fruits, much red meat and carbs)? Or my lack of exercise? Any tips from the learned?

I think it's all in the mind. Are you with someone that you're very comfortable with?

I don't know about improving recovery time but you should eat more fruits & veggies anyways, bet it will help too if you believe in it. I heard eating alot of fruits makes your jizz taste better anyways

Definitely. I've been with this girl for almost 8 months now. She always tells me I did good, even when I feel I've done better.

Just give it time. Lounge around naked after and start up the foreplay again, it'll come.

A good diet will help not only your sexual performance but almost every other aspect of your life. I recommend it.

If you don't define what a good diet is this information is useless

No it isn't. It tells you that a good diet is important. Then you go and do research on what eating well involves. There's a lot of information and I'm by no means an expert, so me trying to tell you an exact diet is going to be poor advice.

Start reading about nutrition and getting the right amounts of nutrients from your diet. It helps to balance you and you function better for it.
