 Changing the start up/log in screen
How do you change the windows XP log in screen from that annoying blue one, to the one that just has the box and you just select what user with a drop down box or something and its just a lot simpler and not as gay looking as the sky blue?

Control Panel > Users > Change the way users log on and off.
