Yes. If I saw a 14 year old girl wearing that in public, I would consider her a slut and an airhead, and probably try to hit on her.
I think the fact that you showed a guy your tits on webcam, and that you're interested in wearing that kind of swimsuit means you're probably new to the whole idea of sex. You're probably going to go through a phase of being a complete slut, get taken advantage of, and be stuck with a permanent reputation that you will burden you forever.

I never said I wanted to wear it. My friend has one and said it was fine to wear... I'm not so sure though so I asked here?
