dont ever "just" do what ever anyone says. if you feel inclined to expierence some thing a certain way then you do it. by the way quiding salvia is awsome(sublingual) it last much longer. more comfortable come up. god was it comfortable. the expierence made me realize how i was ment to consume the plant.

I did about 2 1/2 grams kept it in my mouth for about 10 minutes then swallowed didn't feel anything so i guess i had the wrong kind.

hey man, you got a cold or something similar drink some sage tea and it'll clear your shit out. it will also help with menstrual symptoms and can be made into a mouthwash.
