 Smoked one hit- how long till clean?
Hey guys- so I fucked up a bit. I'm in the military, and last night I took one hit off of my friends small gravity bong. I'm 6'4, 220lbs, and run about 3x a week. I've been completley clean before this for 3 years. I know one time use is just a few days detectable, but what should I do to clean this shit out asap? I've been drinking alot of water, but seeing how it's fat soluable, what should I do to expedite this process? You all are the greatest- thanks bltc!

Last time I asked something like this. Someone said its always 30 days. I'm not too sure tho.

Yea its like a few days, give or take. I get clean in 2 weeks pretty much no matter what (I've never failed a probation UA doing this the whole time), don't believe all that 30 days bullshit.

no more than 2 days. weed only stays in your system for long periods of time if you smoke it constantly. if this is your first time smoking in a pretty long while, you will be clean very soon. i used to rely on this for drug tests, theres plenty of info to back me up on the net which i will not be posting.

That's good.. Do you think that would be totally clean? I think the DoD test is a zero fail type of test. Also, I apparently have a bmi of 26, even though I work out.. Any ideas?

first of all if i'm not mistaken, somewhere in the great heap of threads here is an official thread for this question, which if there were [and there is] would be conviently linked to in the sticky [you know the one with rules and such, needs an update]...
secondly, god your an idiot for burning in the military. fail your gc test why don't you..
