Its not flash. I think it uses images and javascript. Only supported in FF, Safari and opera.
Exactly. It's not Flash.
Ray casting is pretty processor intensive in Flash, relatively easy now with AS3, but still. This Canvas tag thing doesn't even need a 3rd party plug in, just a capable browser.
