Everyone can join... shortly before getting banned, even if all you did was join a conversation because your friend told you to on MSN... even if that doesn't count as multiple connections from the same computer... especially if the only thing you have in common with the other person is your ISP and therefore the first 2 octets of your IP.
So, please, just join. Everyone needs to join at about a rate of 5 people per day because that's what it would take to keep the channel active with all the banned users. God help you if the channel is inactive and all you can do is wait for someone else to join; nothing can stop those mods from kicking you except having someone else in their way.

I think we all have taken this site a little to seriously and need to go back to a Constructive yet fun environment were people don't feel threatened of being banned. Although that email might of been that funny at first. We all know that was Hilarious even though I was not there for that. It going to take a little but of both sides from "Mods" and "regulars" to tone down the Stupidity and Banning. I appreciate the kudos Darkus, really I do.....but I have to respectfully decline. Not because of the room itself or its inhabitants, but because I don't do IRC period.
