Alright so heres the situation. Some asshole sold me Focalin as Adderall. I didn't look at it when I bought it but now I'm stuck. Anyway I plan on taking focalin for 3 days straight to pass my finals. Problem is my sleeping pattern is fucked up as it is and I know I will get zero sleep for the entire period. If I take xanax to sleep at night (take it 30 minutes before sleep) will I forget everything I studied for that day or does the hazyness start only after you take the xanax? I've taken xanax before but don't remember....

Well, he shouldn't of misrepresented the adderall, but focalin is good for studying. Try to get some sleep when you can, when you stay up for long periods of time, you have trouble retaining information. You need sleep to process the data you are learning.

The xanax will knock you out most likely, but it depends how hyped up you are. Do the minimum amount of focalin that is necessary to stay awake, and you will be fine.

Try in the future to study ahead of time, when I first started college I did what you were, but over time I learned its better to do an hour of work each day and not have to stress out. I'm almost done now, and I went from a 2.0 cramming to a 3.5 GPA at one of the best business schools in America.

Good luck with your exams.
