Making your own 'herbal blend'
I might mess around with making one .. what'd be some good herbs to put in that'd be readily accessible?
Was just thinking of it because I got like 100g of damiana, interesting but not really very strong, I'm thinking passion flower and maybe blue lotus so far, there's probably loads others like kratom etc ..
And thought it could be cool to make some 'herbal hash' sorta stuff from extracts of plants too, might be interesting as I can concentrate any herbs that would otherwise need loads of ..
Don't want it to be too much of a sedative, sorta a 'weed like' high but still vaguely able to function etc ..
Just really to experiment and see what I can do, would probably mix it with weed or something if I had it ..
Any ideas?

Re: Making your own 'herbal blend'
Enough nutmeg to kill a horse.
No but srsly, Leonotis leonurus, Pedicularis densiflora, Scuttelaria nana (preferably an extract thereof), and pink or blue lotus. Yes quite a few of those were stolen off the ingredients for spice, but this could be seen as evidence that they might have an effect.
Might I recommend, that if at all possible this is concentrated as strongly as you can, whether its doing bulk ethanol extractions and evaporating onto plant matter, I have a feeling spice gold uses extracts rather than straight up plant matter in their products.

Re: Making your own 'herbal blend'
I used to use a specific mixture for meditation. Partially because it invoked the headspace I wanted with ease, but also because it cut back on the amount of pot I used for "meditation" which could often lead to getting bored, wandering around, and generally losing track of what I was trying to accomplish on my mind. Now I really don't use anything, but the blend was considered recreational by the few friends I shared it with.
I used:
1 part "Klip Dagga" (the bag says Leonitis nepetifolia)
2 parts blue lotus
1 part cannabis (preferably a STRONG sativa)
If the bud didn't overpower the taste of the dagga I'd also add 1/2 part dried mint leaves. Good stuff, especially for the purpose I intended it for. The effects were quite synergistic, and induced (in the majority of test subjects, and myself) a state of calm, euphoric inward focus.

Re: Making your own 'herbal blend'
Don't waste your money on blue lotus. That shit has zero effect (unless you put it in wine, which I didn't).

Re: Making your own 'herbal blend'
Well I boiled down about 30g of the damiana, left with a few ml of some nice thick fruity liquid, I'm evaporating it off a little more with a heater close to it and hopefully can get some resin off of it ..
I can get pics if anyone wants ..

Re: Making your own 'herbal blend'
You should add some wormwood extract. Thujone has an almost marijuana meets salvia feel to it. I'm not talking small about you going into this psychedelic dissociation but it does have really trippy weed feeling to it. It has been reported to make post-thujone marijuana smoking trippier as well.
