there are these gloves you can buy at a walgreens or something...they are called exfoliation gloves and when you buy them with some exfoiliating cream and cleanse it removes rids the itching..

Where would one get their junk professionally shaved?
you use them after you shave. they exfoliate the skin and remove any dead skin. it is a mosturizer...type thing.

You have to shave in the direction of the grain or you will make yourself horribly irritated. Even then you have to do it consistently for your body to become accustomed.
