Well, I'd assume you could start by whipping up some hash, then doing some sort of cannabinoid extraction from there.

Good luck. As far as I know, Budderking (creator of method) is still the only person who knows the exact process. If I recall correctly, a lot of people have tried to duplicate it, have come damn close, but no one has hit it spot on.

i use my own strain to make it and it is also awsome shit, once i get the hash either buy way of bubble bags or tumblers i place it into a bottle and pump butane into the bottle and let it sit over night in the freezer , then poor the butane threw a filter into a flet glass container and let it evaporate, then scrap it gently out, i wanna try ether instead of the butane but it is hard to get. and buy the way dont smoke around the butane dumasses and dont heat the budder till your ready to drop it on a burning apperatiss, it should melt and turn a beautyfull golden color, i know they use ether to extract dna so maybe it would be a good sorse for extracting canibanoids , have fun and peace and

i use all the hash, i have been keeping the finer stuff for future experiments though, mixing the grades give me more to smoke but its anyones choice, i use liquid from a can that refills lighters, i ripped apart a lighter and stold the filler part and pushed it into a top from a plastic pop bottle, works great and seals just fine, has to be a lighter thats refillable to get the refiller part
yes i wash it twice and i use bubble hash and tumbled hash, i havent tried isopropinal with the bubble hash yet but im working on it, and i think i have a line on some ether, i want to iso the bubble hash then run it threw butane or ether and see what that produces, till then i will keep smoking the stuff i make and whatever budder i can obtain while having funI highly doubt it's the same thing as budderking's budder, and the guy doesn't sound too smart, but its there if ya want it:).

Butane honey oil is about as pure as you can easily get...

you could add a coffee filter to the pipe to keep out plant matter.

Evaporate butane off and this oil will harden as it dries... this is pretty damn pure.

if you had the equipment you could try and find out exactly what composes butane honey oil and each components individual properties. Then fractional distillation to get the desired components.

as far as cost effectiveness butane honey oil will probably be easier and much more practical for an average stoner...

bho is simply good enough that making or trying to make budder is kinda pointless but im lazy when it comes to this shit.

Like Darkus said, the creator of 'Budder' is keeping the recipe very close to him. I would too if I found a way to make that high of a concentration.

Butane extraction is far from the most potent form you can make. In fact, the extraction should just be the first step. There are things you can do to refine and strengthen it even more.

That's what I'm starting to do right now too, refining my product. I get several pounds of leaves and bud parts every month, so the only thing holding me back at all is the price of butane.

But I've found that the more it is refined the easier - and better [obviously] - to cook with and is also way smoother to smoke.

^ why not use hexane?

would be much cheaper than having to buy shit tons of those little butane canisters.
