Either the test fucked up, or he was sold PCP as Meth (which I'd find rather unlikely, but I suppose anything's possible).

It is possible that the Meth was cut with trace amounts of PCP, and if the test was a urine test (fairly commonly so) then the PCP can be tested for longer than Meth can, so the Meth would have been out of his system (certainly if the test was a few days later), but there was still PCP in his system.

I'm not sure how prevalently Meth is cut with PCP, I'd imagine it wouldn't be overly common, but it's not an impossibility; Meth is cut with all sorts of shit.

I've never, ever heard of crystal being cut with pcp and I doubt it's even practiced, it makes absolutley no sense. I mean you can get good pcp in small shards, but to mistake that and the effects for methamphetamine would just make you a complete fucking moron.
