Doctors tell women that have regular babies that they can't have sex for about 40 days. At least thats what our doc said at the hospital. What kind of abortion are we talking about here?

Hay now blue bird lets not be too judgmental, who's to say what the circumstances were surrounding the abortion. Any way if it was a chemical abortion like the morning after deal there should be no danger to ether of you or here if your having sex shortly after. if its a partial birth abortion thats kind just like giving birth so the 40 day rule probably applys. BTW why are you asking this question, she should really ask her ob/gyn.:p
