Haha what a moron. It looks like it might have been a real skull at one time and then he plastered the horns onto it. He keeps mentioning how it's not plaster but who in the hell was saying it was?! I hate these morons.

He got it from the ocean, so it could be any kind of weird ass fish.

To me it looks like the anterior part of the skull is missing, you did however identify the posterior part correctly, although you'd turned the whole thing 180° along the anteroposterior axis.

As I'm sure several people have already pointed out (no, I can't be arsed to look through the replies) you're showing the ventral side of the skull (under side), but think it's the dorsal side (upper side), try turning it "upside down" and post a vid of what it looks like, then I might be able to help.

To put it short, he's got a partial skull of something, and is holding it upside down...

Personally I'd believe it was from a mammal due to the texture, size and shape, but it I've never seen a skull (or any other bones) bleached that white from laying outside, to me it looks like a chlorine job...

Perhaps because he liked it...

It most likely is a real skull, the "horns" he mention is probably the remaining parts of the cheek bones, but as I said, he turned the whole thing upside down and came to a wrong conslusion (Yes, you can fake something like this, but it'd be a horrible fake, with no purpose)...

I don't think it's from a fish, they usually have very thin bones, this looks quite solid, and the shape would point towards a mammal.

I demand them.
