 What should I take on NYE?
I am with people who wont ruin my high, about 7-10 of them. :)
I can do anything short of Exstacy, what would you reccomend..?
Depending on two scenario's,
Going out at like 1 am, and doing multiple things..
Staying in all night, and not passing out and having fun/sex/deep meaningfun conversations.

If you plan on doing shit like that, then I wouldn't recommend any hallucinogens. Like the others said, DEFINITELY get a shit-ton of coke, speed, meth, amps, etc. And then probably throw in some sort of alcohol, and some nice ganja too.
